Job Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to company objectives and target audiences.
  • Create marketing calendars and align plans with cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Set clear KPIs for campaigns and monitor progress toward goals.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze market data to recommend new opportunities and improvements.
  • Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Campaign Planning & Management

  • Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and offline marketing.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Content & Branding

  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
  • Assist in content creation, including blogs, email newsletters, social media posts, and advertising copy.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop visuals, videos, and other promotional assets.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and produce detailed campaign performance reports.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
